We're in search of a savvy Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly expanding operation, supporting both internal projects and client project requirements. The successful candidate will collaborate across various cross-functional disciplines to deliver an enterprise solution critical to Grouper’s strategy. This solution demands coordination and alignment of activities across multiple workstreams, including Legal/Commercial, Infrastructure, Security, Data Processing, AI, and B2C application development. - Develop a comprehensive cross-functional program plan outlining a clear pathway for bringing the product to market within the required timeframe.
- Coordinate and oversee all activities across all workstreams to ensure delivery goals and business needs are met.
- Enhance governance controls on delivery to establish robust processes for transparency, issue resolution, escalation, etc., while maintaining high agility and adaptability within workstreams.
- Proactively identify, assess, and manage risks, providing expert input into decision-making processes.
- Facilitate and participate in solution design sessions with individual workstreams and across the program as a whole.
- Track and report program progress at leadership and board levels.
- Monitor and report on program budgetary elements.
- Drive delivery focus across all cross-functional teams, both internal and external.
Identify innovative strategies for accelerating delivery across workstreams.
📈What We're Looking For: Tech Titan! Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role that demands excellence in technical prowess and strategic planning? Here's what we're seeking:
- 7+ years of experience in program management and/or enterprise-scale project management.
- Experience in delivering projects for cloud computing environments (preferably Azure), leveraging the core infrastructure, platform, and service capabilities of cloud environments to drive rapid implementation.
- Previous experience in both B2B and B2C projects.High attention to detail with an analytical mindset, comfortable with highly technical concepts.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable and experienced in communicating and influencing organization leadership level.Experience working directly with customers/end-users.
- Experience with data analytics or business intelligence tools is a benefit.
- Flexibility to operate successfully in a dynamic environment; experience in working effectively and proactively in a remote working environment.
- Experience in driving release planning and rapid release cycles.
- Experience in driving delivery output and productivity from 3rd party vendors.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Experience with deliverables involving highly scalable big data management or data integration services and platforms would be advantageous.
