The Production Infrastructure & Engineering (PI&E) organization provides the essential platforms and infrastructure hosting solutions that power EA's games and live services. Our charter is to make EA's games and services available to all players anytime and anywhere.

We aim to help developers experiment and build new games quickly with infrastructure services on-demand and workflows that promote rapid development in the cloud.


As a Technical Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), you will coordinate large-scale, engineering programs focused on system reliability, scaling, and automation. You will define and manage programs, roadmaps, milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and delivery needed for PI&E internal operations.

You will report to the Director of Program Management.


Responsibilities:

  • You will increase adoption of SRE best practices such as AI automation to reduce toil, error budgets, SLIs/SLOs.

  • You will ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards in all reliability projects.

  • You will maintain quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in collaboration with platform engineering teams, providing clear goals, scenarios, and customer requirements.

  • You will establish and track metrics for operational performance, partner satisfaction, adoption, and retention to guide prioritization and measure the impact.

  • You will manage programs that improve platform efficiency, usability, reliability, and deployment practices—including zero-downtime goals.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management

  • Previous experience supporting SRE practices

  • Agile Scrum/Kanban proficiency

  • Advanced capability in JIRA and JaaS project management platforms

  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) distributed environments, and cloud computing

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).

For Canada, we offer a package of benefits including vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and other incentive programs.
