Responsibilities
Partner with cross-functional teams from product, engineering, and sales, to drive the end-to-end delivery of new technology products, services, and/or features to market.
Manage a variety of complex technology programs and lead all aspects of program delivery.
Direct and maintain the strategic technical roadmap, prepare detailed project schedules, define milestones, and oversee the collaboration process.
Leverage deep knowledge of data-driven methodologies to define and continuously optimize program management processes, workflows, and operational standards.
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business objectives into technical requirements.
Oversee product and application release readiness activities to support smooth launch, deployment, and adoption.
Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to broad and diverse groups of stakeholders, ensuring alignment and attention to timeline, risk, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget.
Mentor mid- and junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.
Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience in each of the following:
Software development project management including building development processes and coordinating release schedules;
Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcome;
Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall and Agile methodologies;
Leading scrum teams as a coach or a scrum master;
Documenting project details to communicate opportunity with business partners and clarify technical requirements with engineering and design partners; and
Interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents, including strategy, timelines, and status documents.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $239200 - $403200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
