Lead instructors need progressive-level swim lesson experience or preferred American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor certification. Aides need competitive swimming and childcare experience; minimum age 15–16.

MIAA/NFHS coaching certification, extensive varsity coaching experience, swim background, CPR/First Aid, strong communication, and eligibility to work in the U.S.
HealthFitness: Provides onsite and virtual corporate fitness and wellness services.
Must be 17+, required Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid within 30 days, strong swim background and stroke proficiency, ability to use electronic onboarding/timecard systems; 2+ years experience strongly preferred.

Swimming knowledge, special-needs experience, verbal and written communication, sustained concentration, and ability to lift 40 pounds in water; CPR and First Aid certification required after hire.
