Mentor and learn from other executive assistants within the organization and throughout AWS to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies.
Management of a variety of short-term and/or long-term projects.

A day in the life
Organize, prioritize, and appropriately handle time-sensitive, confidential information and ensure required actions are taken swiftly.
Coordinate cost effective travel arrangements, working with in-house travel agents and internal travel processes.
Reconcile expenses in a timely fashion.
Partner with the recruiting team, facilities team, HR, Finance, and other business partners within the AWS community.
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on unfinished items to include meeting notes and action item tracking.
